Thank You. I'm new at trying out youtube, also, I'm not on facebook or anything yet. I'm a techie slacker/laggard, but if you think people might benefit from watching, please share it with friends etc.

I've gotten positive feedback from family, one of the people in Forks Over Knives and from a person at Chi Living, so although the video was twice as long as I hoped, something worked ok.

You did great. Don't have to be real techie to do a good job.
