I just did the first five days of the 30 Day Core Challenge. My neck is a little sore (old injury) and I'm going to take 2 days off and do the first 5 days again. There is no way I can move up yet.

Anyone else what to do it? Here is the link:

Desertwind,
I would potentially be interested when I am down another 10 lbs or so, so sometime in the New Year. I would chose a month where I wasn't scheduled to travel, to be able to do the exercises right in front of my computer. One question, do you get much junk email from this site, once you sign on? Or constant ads? Thanks.
K

I completed the core challenge when it first came out and never got any spam from the Vibrant Vegan site. From what I can remember there are no adverts on the site either.

The only site I've recently subscribed to that is over the top with spam is the Runner's World fourms.

Well, I'm back to the first five days of the core challenge. I think by the time I'm done with these five days I can move up to the next 5 days. The planks/hovers are killers!

Hello Yomom!

Derrick from VibrantVegan.com here. I hate junk email too. We send out a newsletter maybe once a month. It is pretty infrequent. I promise we won't spam you.

We are going to launch a 30 day weight loss challenge starting Jan. 1st. You could do the core conditioning challenge at the same time for maximum results.

Have a beautiful day!

Lower back still hurts. *sigh*

I love visiting Derrick's website - and he's not understating here; they don't send out spam!

The core challenge/weight loss challenge sounds perfect, Derrick!

Thanks!

I'm going to start the core challenge tomorrow. It's almost completely zero impact, which my ankle needs right now.

Going to start a separate thread about it, though. Wanting to keep track, and Debbie is joining, too. anyone else can if they want to join us. :) I know it's gonna kick my butt.
