I ran 7 miles yesterday. But it was hot here in Indianapolis. About 95 degrees at the time of my run.

I watched my heart rate monitor closely to make sure I wasn't over working myself and I tried to keep my heart rate below 145 beats per minute.

I ended up running one mile at a 13 minute/mile pace. But I did get the 7 miles in.

Today I ran 4 miles. It's still hot outside though.

Today I ran about 8 1/2 miles; the first six on my own, and the rest, after a short break, with a friend. Also did my usual stretches and crunches.

sounds like lots of moving happening. Good job.

Monday zero for me
Tuesday I walked 45
Wednesday I walked but only 30 (super hot)
Thursday I did yoga 40
Today Friday nothing yet. We have been extremely hot. We are expecting serious thunder storms too. So I may take the day off.

No formal exercise scheduled for today, but I ended up walking about 2 1/2 miles, while carrying my electric bass.

Today I did a set of weights (eight dumbbell exercises, ten reps each) and also walked about five miles.

walked down to garden 2 times yesterday and weeded for 2 hours each time. It's amazing how much weeding can wear you out. Down to the garden and back is .5 mile so 2 times down there would be a mile.

Weeding does wear you out. I know I sweat buckets and am dead when I get done.

Saturday 6-23 I went for a nice long walk through the native plant reserve and it took 55 minutes
Sunday I too weeded the garden for 2 hours
Monday I took a walk around neighborhoods for 55 minute.

Darn today is beautiful. I would love to be out there. But it is my son's birthday, so won't be moving much.
