 Post subject: groundhogg's gluten free monday

Back at work... :eek: after a nice vacation!

Breakfast today: banana, carrot sticks, orange (okay, I'm still lookin' for the perfect breakfast and that wasn't it!!!!)

Lunch: Big ol salad...all kind of lettuce, artichoke, black and green olives, shredded carrots and radishes, shredded red cabbage, avocado...all that stuff...no dressing necessary when I've got all that stuff on my salad!!!

Leftover lentil stew (lentils, shiitake mushrooms, taters, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, spices of various types), two sorghum flour biscuits--sorta--

Supper: tonight will be rice vermicelli spaghetti with marinara sauce (more artichokes and olives again!!!), another helping of the big ol' groundhog salad, fruit salad (sunshine salad of oranges, pineapple, shredded coconut, raisins, shredded carrot), and cranberry apple muffins made with sorghum flour.
