Yes to the breastmilk question - although it may be anecdotal, I'm convinced it does.

What kind of gluten test is the doctor doing? I'm surprised they only said a couple of days. The best test, IMO, is how someone feels while eating gluten vs how they feel while not eating it. A little harder to figure out with a baby, I know. Good luck!
