Does anyone know a xanthum gum substitute for a garbanzo bean flour, gluten free pizza??

You could probably use guar gum.

Are you making pizza crust from chickpea flour? I just don't add any gums when i do that with my "socca bread" pizza crust. I've used mixes that had gums that were okay, but when I've bought them and used them in homemade cooking, I found that they didn't produce good enough results for the expense and difficulty in finding xantham or guar gum in the store.
