Hi,

Anyone know if the arrowhead mills puffed rice is gluten free? I noticed the package doesn't say gluten free and I am suspecting a bit of gluten contamination after having eaten it for the first time in months.

No it isn't (it isn't included in their gf products list on their website). I haven't been able to find a gf puffed cereal in the "natural" brands - I don't know if they exist conventionally as I haven't checked. Let me know if you find something!

Darn. I have had it before and it seemed fine. But this batch must have had cross-contamination. It's amazing how sensitive I am to the tiniest bit of gluten. No more rice puffs for me.

In a pinch you can crumble up gluten-free Lundberg brown rice cakes - they come in organic and salt-free!
