I am not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask this. Please direct me in the right direction if I should ask this some where else.
Alright, so I am pretty sure that I am not the only one on here that eats this limited diet.

At home we lots of wonderful, yummy food!
But with family when it is more like a potluck fellowship meal I am concerned. So I need to substitute for me and my 4 year old.
What idea's do you have?
Can we share idea's for meal planning here?
So sweet potato and butternut squash, mashed potatoes, ect, are not a concern of mine.
A veggie turkey, gluten substitute is my concern. How do I make a soy free, gluten free, vegan Thanksgiving meal substitute. It makes me laugh just thinking about it!
