The Magazine "the Scientific American" has released a very interesting article on Celiac disease. They proved that yes, diet can help with the disease but it gives many theories as to why this disease develops. All of which I found fascinating. I was wondering if anyone had read it, or, anyone interested in learning more about this disease might be interested in picking it up!
