Hi there. I'm new to this website and forum but I've been gluten-free for several months. By far the best gluten free bread is a brand named Udi's that you'll find in the frozen food section. They have a white, whole grain and cinnamon raisin as well as gluten-free buns. I haven't tried their buns but if their anything like the whole grain bread, it will be delicious!

So sorry... The Udi brand contains egg whites and oil. You see, I'm new to this stuff!
