I just wanted to say thanks, Dr McDougall, for providing the slide shows on the Advanced Weekend, and I hope you keep doing it. It doesn't give any of the hard content, of course, but it gives a flavor of how serious the speakers are and also how lively and vital, which I think is also a testament to this way of eating! And it makes me feel a little bit like I was there.
