Congrats on making the decision to improve your health. You will find many helpful, encouraging people here on the board. Make use of it to stay motivated and answer questions...I learn something new everytime I read messages.
My only advice would be:
1. Don't be afraid to eat plenty. You need to stay satisfied or you will tend towards foods that are not on plan.
2. Don't get discouraged if you eat something with oil/dairy/meat, just do better your next meal.
3. Write down why you have decided to change your way of eating. Pull it out and read it on days when you are struggling.
4. Be careful not to fall off your scale when you start seeing the pounds drop!
