I study biomedical science at uni, so i dont need to be sold on the idea of cutting animals products as i totally understand the implications im just trying to suss out the mcdougall way of no fats and which whole foods are best etc.
I have gone to town watching youtube clips, reading the original mcdougall diet book from the e-books section and have a handle on most stuff i think but still very much looking forward to getting the book. From a health perspective i normally get people to read the china study but i think i might recommend mcdougalls stuff as a way of eating as opposed to a list of things not to eat
