Back again got all the personal issues fixed and out the way. Started back around the 26th of april.

3/22: 132/84
weight 225 -230 just depends on the time of day i weigh myself :(

4/2: 120/80
weight 216 feel much better as usually ;/

I know this life style is the way to go, but i can't manage to stick with it for longer then a month. My cloths fit looser again and my hands don't get that puffy feeling when walking on my tread mill. I bet i'm like alot of SAD eaters that know the better way. It's just the other side seems so much tastier ;( Anyway thanks for reading.

Welcome back, Phollow!

Some of us have lost all of our desires/cravings for the SAD foods. So...why not give yourself some time to adapt? If you faithfully phollow the MWL program for six months, I think you will beat the cravings and be very pleased with the results! :!:

Keep us posted on your progress! :-D

Fellow yo yoer here. I've been struggling to stick with it for 3 years now. I agree with what pinkrose said. Sticking with it and not cheating is the key. I realize that a bite here and there can trigger something in me to want to cheat more and to think SAD foods are tastier. We have to committ to it, knowing that the more we say no to SAD foods, the easier it will become.

We can do this!
