I saw in Dr McDougall's video he said not to drink milk because it is unnatural for adults to drink, but why does human have lactose enzyme to digest milk in a fairly large portion of the population? (many races have created a lactose enzyme to digest milk as an adult)

Also, it appears that lactose intolerance is not an issue with raw milk. Thanks!

I downloaded a free video about milk from his website under videos. Check it out. It should really turn you off to milk!
