I HAE BEEN ON THE MCDOUGAL DIET FOR 25 DAYS AND STILL HAVE BLOOD SUGARS OF 200. I HAVE BEEN OFF ALL MEDICATION I WAS ON JUNUVAMET AND LANTUS, I JUST STARTED TAKING A LITTLE INSULIN AGAIN THE LAST 2 DAYS. ID LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS
