I can't eat nightshades, citrus, soy products, some beans and most grains EXCEPT rice plus carrots (to name a few restrictions) and I am doing fine on this diet. I have lost 40 pounds since January of this year and improved my health.

Great, Nicole!
So do you eat carrots?
Since you have done so well, would you tell us what you typically eat in a day?
Sure, Pinkrose! Carrots are a new "food sensitivity" discovery - I have only been avoiding them for a couple of weeks, but I did not have more than one or two a day before that.
Breakfast:
Salad with cucumber, red onion, romaine lettuce, raw kale, parsley and celery and 1/2 apple.
Cooked brown rice with collards and frozen blueberries/raspberries/mango plus 1 TBSPN ground flax seeds
Lunch:
Salad with romaine, collards, mustard greens, red onion, 1/4 avocado blended with 1clove garlic and 1/2 pear.
Soup made from frozen broccoli, kale, and collards plus onion, beets and Japanese sweet potato (the yellow, not orange, kind)Sometimes cooked with red or brown lentils or split peas and mushrooms
Dinner:
Salad (breakfast version)
steamed broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage and asparagus.
Baked sweet potato or two
Quinoa and browned onions (sometimes)
I eat a lot. Not usually hungry between meals, but if I am I eat fruit or another sweet potato.
Happy Monday
Nicole
