Started in January yet again but this time it just stuck!! I have lost 57 lbs and have gone from a plus size 18(very tight) to a junior size 8 (bought jeans at American eagle yesterday!!!). But most importantly I had my yearly check up today and blood work results!! Cholesterol down 45 points -LDL normal - hdl normal - triglycerides down 101 points - great blood pressure finally off all meds!!! I am wonderfully healthy!!! Dr thrilled had to tell him all about what I was doing! I play tennis and figure skate and enjoy life - it is also wonderful to be complimented on how great I look all the time!!! My 51st birthday is tomorrow - I gave myself the perfect gift!!!
