 Post subject: Recent blood work with HS CRP

Total chol.= 127, HDL continues to be low at 29.
Triglycerides 117 (Normal range 40-149)
Glucose 92, lower than before, in normal range.

HS CRP which apparently is Risk of Cardiovascular Disease
0.5mg/L where <1.0mg/L=Low

Not bad. Thank you plants!

BP was a little high at 140/80 but that was the end of a stressful day. Usually it is 120/80. This is a no-brainer as I have been eating canned beans, tomatoes, and other veggies because the wife objects to the cooking smell. I am loosing the canned and eating fresher, no/low sodium. Problem solved.
