I've only been on the program for less than a week but wanted to share already...
I was diagnosed Diabetic in December last year, haven't been able to control my blood sugars at all.
After less than a week on this program my blood sugars are only just above normal. In Canada 5.2 is normal blood sugar reading, yesterday I got a 5.4.... YES!
I've also lost 7.6lbs, some of which is water...but the numbers look good...lol
