It's been a tough week for me. I have been completely on plan but been sick starting with a bad bunch of days with insomnia. I just don't loose unless the sleep is right and all the rest of it too!

Came off of a 10 day juice cleanse and jumped into Maximum Weight Loss this week. So glad to do a juice fast before Maximum Weight Loss! It totally cleansed my taste buds and I have left so many of the cravings behind. It was SO HARD, but it was so good for me, personally. The MWL foods have tasted so good since the cleanse.

I lost 3 lbs this week.

starting was 183
1/3 weighed 180 lost 3lbs
1/11 weighed 179 lost 1 lb
1/18 weighed 178 lost 1 lb
1/24 weighed 177.5 you lost .5
1/31 didn't weigh in
2/7 177.5 (no gain/no loss)
2/14 no gain or loss
2/22 no gain or loss...still 177.5
2/28 175 (oddly enough I seem to have lost 2.5 pound since last week without even being totally compliant...)
3/7 172 pounds ...another loss--this one pounds since last week.

I would like accountability. I was doing McDougall rather steadily for two years but fell off the wagon. :crybaby: So I'm back now. I weighed myself and I am at 157. I hope to get back on track.

Hi folks, I just wanted to poke my head in and introduce myself. I'll be joining your group. I just weighed myself but don't know how accurate the scale is. But if I use the same scale next Friday, it shouldn't really matter. I'm finally over the hump of rough eating and feel like I can focus on some weight loss now. I'm 5 ft. 4" and weigh around 175, so I have quite a chunk of weight to lose. Thanks :P

I thought I would pop back in... I am one lb down from the last time I posted, and will start posting again for accountability on Friday with this weeks loss...

My nursling is going through his 6mo. growth spurt and I have started him on carrots and sweet potatoes this week. He is healthy and growing well on breastmilk made with WFPB foods!

4 pounds!!! :D

Schermel - Congrats on getting below 150! Those little goals on the way to the big one can feel mighty good. :D Going below 150 is my next mini goal also.

I'm down 2.6 this week, coming back after no loss last week. I am FINALLY over that cold and starting to feel like doing things again. I need more exercise than blowing my nose LOL!!
