Thank you FrozenVeg - I VERY much remember you! As a matter of fact, I've read your testimonial many times, and that quote about "that isn't food for me!" has gone through my head many a time. I'm glad to see that you are still here and doing well.

Hi. After being under the weather for a week or so, I'm totally lost!!! I just looked back at my postings. I started at 183 lbs at the end of December. My scale is registering a total weight for me of 173 lbs. now! So, that's a ten pound weight loss since December. (I think when I last posted in January, I was down to 179, if I'm not mistaken.)

Sorry for the confusion. I'll try to get myself sorted out by next Friday.

I'm in!
Starting weight for Jan was 214 lbs.
Starting weight for February was 208 lbs.
This week is 207 lbs, a loss of one pound.
Slow but steady...

Well I have a loss of .4 lb this week but.....I got a new digital scale, my old one was ancient and I began to suspect it was wonky. When my husband weighed himself , we really knew it was off as it had him 20 lbs heavier then he's ever been and he hadn't put on weight.....so long story short . Got a new scale last Sunday and I weighed 124 .8 old scale 119.!! Too bad it hadn't gone the other way!! So today I am down .4 .... 124.4 and I'll have to use these numbers now, I just have more pounds to lose ! Darn Dlee

starting was 183
1/3 yiou weighed 180 lost 3lbs
1/11 you weighed 179 lost 1 lb
1/18 you weighed 178 lost 1 lb
1/24 you weighed 177.5 you lost .5
1/31 you didnt weigh in
2/7 your scale says 173 from the 24th to now you have lsot another 4.5lbs

I'd like to join!

I'm down another pound this week, scale is finally moving since I got serious about my eating program! :D I am notoriously a slow loser so I'm happy w/one lb per week, certainly better than the scale moving in the other direction!

Happy Valentine's Day! I am not happy though because I am up 1.5 lbs. I now weigh 118.5 after finally weighing in last week of 117. Ugh! I even ran a half marathon last weekend so know my exercise has been good. Guess I need to look at portion size!

Down 5 pounds. I can hardly believe the scales! I have been VERY good with my diet, and done a lot of exercise, so it is paying off. Whew! Nice to see the scales agree with my work. :D

Down 2.4 pounds! I am so excited! The next few pounds will be tougher ones, though.

Waterfit, I hear you--when you are so tiny, it is small things that can make the difference! Hang in there and keep going!

Love the Lorax and djm1962---WOW!! You had a great week! Those are great results!

And dlee, I really feel for you about the scale--I've gone through that twice in the last 4 years, and even the 2-pound difference from one scale to another is discouraging. I just had to mark "new scale" on my handwritten notes and move on! Aargh!

Down .8 to 183.8, the first "official" weigh in under 184 though I had some weights as low as 183.2 this week.
I'm just here for the food.

Down 1 1/2 lbs. This week. Total loss of 11 1/2 pounds. FINALLY out of the 200's. It feels great. Happy Valentines day!

I lost 1 lb this week.

My current weight is 169.4. I'm glad to be out of the 170s. This has always been true for me, but the only way I can get the scale to budge is to exercise. It doesn't matter if I'm 100% compliant, I gotta keep moving!
