Postby Debbie » Sun Feb 02, 2014 12:47 pm

Here it is the second of 2014. Amazing how fast 31 days went!! There are 4 less in February. How will you spend them?

There are 4 weigh in dates for February......2/7; 2/14; 2/21; 2/28. Will you have regrets those days? Lets not have any regrets for eating off plan....Lets make this the best month yet in this new year!!!

.
Last week 150.5 , this week 150.0
lost 0.5 lb
.
I really HATE my profile picture, but it reminds me to watch my eating. For me, that is a good motivator.

I'm in. My first weigh-in will be next week. If I did start this week, I'd have a .8 gain, but let's start from 130, that nice round number. I want to lose the 10 pounds that have crept up on me this past year. My problem seems to be that I now need way less food than I did when I was losing, but I still "want" to eat as much as I did before. I'm not talking about hunger, which I really don't experience normally. I'm talking about being totally stuffed, but still wanting to keep eating. It's what has crept up on me this past year, and it is going to stop! New February, new plan, new habits! ("More at 11!")

Started December 21: 250

December 27: 245

January 3: 240

January 10: 235

January 17: 230

January 24: No report -- on vacation

January 31: 229. This is fantastic as I fully expected to gain weight while on vacation and had no access to a kitchen of my own. Restaurant food was hit or miss but I did find a few cooks who were eager to make something tasty that would fit my WOE. All in all I am thrilled with a loss of 11 pounds during the month of January.

February 7: 224. Yesterday two people asked me the same question: "Have you lost some weight?" Thanks Dr McDougall!

I did not get back to my distance running this week, but I did a couple of things to control the water weight and I'm marking it like this:

07FEB2014 228 (-2)

It is going to fluctuate like this until I get serious about exercise. I've done this enough to know. Sorry if it is adversely affecting group totals. Thanks for suffering me.

Congrats to everybody who met their goals for the week.

Have a great week!

Hello,

I used to be a member of this weekly weigh-in group (Debbie knows me :-D ) but haven't been here is a long while. Long story but summarized by me eating stress away.... so, I've been eating much better and want to start posting in here again. My son's "pseudo narcolepsy" and daughter's issues aren't going away anytime soon, and I need to take care of me!

Down 1 1/2 Lbs. For total of 10 Lbs. Can't wait to break that 200 mark. Welcome to frozenveg. Your story has continually been my inspiration. Overweight most of my life and on every "diet" imaginable. Am only 5'1" so need to lose seventy more pounds. This forum encourages me by knowing we are all in this together. Wishing everyone a good week.
