I would like to join the October group. I need the accountablilty. I have lost 55 lbs. doing the Mcdougall program, mostly MWL. I find I do better with that way of eating because I am less likely to overeat. I have about 10lbs. left to lose and have struggled with it for a while now. I need to get serious about losing the rest of this weight and I think this group would really help.
