Hi. I am new to this forum, and wanted to introduce myself and dive in. I went vegetarian/ mostly vegan in April. I have lost some inches, but not much weight.
I know I am slowly healing by eating plant foods, but I need to get the weight off. I weighed 212 pounds in April, and I am 5'5". Obese city. I weighed 199.2 today. Great, but still obese.
I really hope that this plan will do the rest of the job of slimming me down. I will be 50 years old soon, and want to spend the second half of my life healthy and in less pain from the weight and old injuries.
This whole plan makes sense to me!
