This is my first post, but I have been watching all the post of others for over 2 years, and have been eating this way for about 2 years. I have lately decided that I need to be more serious and stop eating things that are not allowed on this way of eating. I have about 40 more pounds to lose. I started the MWL last week.....haven't lost much as of yet.......wondering would it be best for me to eat oatmeal or puffed rice with rice milk.......I am eating alot of potatoes, veggies.......wondering about the morning meal. Thanks for all the help on this program.
