Hi all: Had a bad eating weekend the weekend before that lasted until Wednesday. Disgusted and desperate I started strict on the McDougal WOE. Made all the recipes, ate when I was hungry. I am surprized today that I lost 2 pounds since Thursday. Makes me so determined. Especially with the Easter feast approaching. If I am prepared then I don't have temptation. I did have to go to the bathroom alot during the night, however to urinate. I just though perhaps that was all the toxans leaving my body. Does this continue or has it happened to anyone else. Thanks, Heather

The more high water content veggies you eat, the more you will urinate. Plus, with limiting salt you are getting rid of water weight.

Too true. For the last few months I have been eating a high vegetable content diet (in addition to my beans and starches, of course). Come about 2 AM, I'm up every night. On the plus side, I'm never thirsty, and I haven't had a bladder infection in ages. :D
