I am just going to weigh in today. My weight is up. By only .6 but up is up.
I am starting a cleanse of sorts tomorrow. I cant escape the fact I have trouble with gluten. It started a couple of weeks ago when I ate some sourdough bread. In that time Ive gained almost 6lbs. None of my body measurements have increased at all, with the exception of my abdomen. By almost 6 inches

Other areas have actually gotten a tad smaller, which leads me to believe Im actually losing but for this bloated, swollen painful belly.
I am not a fasting type of person. Ive been reading lots from people who have done them with good results. Im around food all day long. It would be torture to do that. Plus I wont be able to just "lounge around" and not do too much. We were blessed, sadly because of a death of someone famous, that my husband has work again working in the gallery! Im gonna be one busy momma for quite a while.
Ive got symptoms all over the board besides just the belly. My psoriasis is flaring, I have new hot spots on my thumb and index fingers along with shooting pains from both knuckles, several other joints around my body are stiff and hurt. But my belly hurts the most. Mainly I am going to do raw green smoothies, raw leafies and veggie soups. Right now, I get sick almost as soon as I eat something, literally one end or the other.
You can follow my progress in my journal if you wish. I feel like hell. Sadly, Ive "known" this for quite some time, Ive just never been this sick before now.
