Mtns, I've been obsessed with my food and weight for more than a decade. I was raised with a baby sitter who was overweight and fed me and her kids like we were sumo wrestlers but was constantly worried about her weight. I've been up and down and up and down due to various issues (mostly my own on the ups AND the downs) and various pressures. But in the last few weeks when I've been using this WOE and not allowing myself to count calories, I've found I simply don't think about food all the time anymore.
