Just learning how to use this.... I thought no one was writing until I realized that the newest posting was last, not first!

Where do you guys get all these cool weight trackers?

My weight has stayed the same for two days, since I started, I think I'll weigh only once per week!

Welcome! I got my weight loss ticker at MyFitnessPal.com - you create it there, copy and paste it into your signature on your profile. Then everytime I go to MyFitnessPal.com and change it, it automatically changes it here on McDougall.

That's interesting. I see the most recent posts first. I'm not sure if there's a specific setting you need to change.

If you are going to stress over the number on the scale, it is probably not wise to weigh yourself daily. Your weight will naturally fluctuate each day, throughout the day, so why stress yourself out.
