Congratulations for us all - especially those who have promoted to the new classification of just overweight!

I had to loose just 2.5 pounds this week to make that distinction too, But oh no - something went way wrong and I just barely lost.

It's another mystery - I was completely compliant and I did an hour of water aerobics 4 days this week plus some walks. I was sure I was going to dump the obese tag.

But I am completed thrilled that two McDougaller's did -

Hooray for everyone's progress! It's not such a great week for me and the random number generator - I'm up 1.1 lbs this week. But I'm fitting into smaller clothes, so I'm not sweating it too badly. :-D

The 200-pound barrier has been shattered! This is a major psychological hurdle, as I'm sure many of you can attest. MWL, as long as you really stick to it, is a winning program... :)

Lost: 4.4 pounds

Goal: 180
Feb. 1st - 212.6 (start weight)
Feb. 10th - 206.4
Feb. 18th - 205.4
Feb. 24th - 203.2
Mar. 3rd - 203.0
Mar. 10th - 198.6

Total weight loss since Feb. 1st - 14.0 lbs.

Up 1 lb. Did great during the first of the week and went down hill from there. Need to plan better at the beginning of the week to make it through. Will work on that tomorrow.

To change your ticker display, you have to select "edit ticker style" and then click "next" until you get to the page where there is a category called "track". There are three buttons there: "weight change" "weight" and "waist" I have the "weight" button selected. You must have the "weight change" one selected. The "waist" one is apparently new.
