Down .6 pound this week.

I didn't eat 100% on plan nor was I terribly active.

I took some before pics today and one in particular just doesn't look like me. This is a similar sense I had when losing my first 20 or so pounds some years ago. Sobering.

I don't want to lose more than 2 pounds/week and I'd prefer 1-1.5 pounds/week. So maybe I'm wringing my hands just a bit knowing the vigilance it takes to succeed long-term. I know what it's like to lose weight, and I want this to sink in. I don't want to feel like or be a fly-by-night. That applies to me only. I completely understand the urgency others may feel to lose quickly.

I haven't sustained eating MWL style for more than about 8 days, and I loved it.

I updated too late last week, so last week and this week add up to a 4.6 lb loss! =)

I almost forgot to weigh myself this morning! I lost 2.2 lbs.

This is after about a month on a plateau. I was at the same weight for 3 weeks until today. Before that I was either losing a tiny amount each week, or gaining a bit one week and then losing it the next.

So if anyone is feeling discouraged, just stay the course! It does work, you just have to hang in there and keep eating the good MWL food.

I have had lots of energy the past month, and even the weeks when no losses showed up on the scale I could tell that my clothes were getting looser. Funny thing is this week, I didn't feel like I'd lost at all, but a loss finally showed up on the scale.

I wasn't at a scales last week so didn't get to weigh. From my last weigh I am down 2 pounds. Not the 1.5 pounds a week I've been shooting for, but I'll take it. Looks like a lot of people are posting some good numbers, should be a good total this week!

I tweaked a few things this week. I've been eating the same vegy/potato dish for all my meals and snacks. I switched to a salad or vegy sticks for snacks to give myself more fresh vegys. I also bought a walking fitness cd and have been walking a mile a day inside. The changes definitely helped with the weight loss. AnneC

I forgot to add my weight! I stayed the same this week no loss or gain...I know it was because I ate a few things off plan...I had a vegan hot dog on gluten free bun and some beers....I am just glad I didn't gain.

Great job everyone!! Great way to end March's tally.

Please remember to report the total weight lost for the week. Reporting what you weigh is perfectly okay, but I only need the actual pounds lost. Otherwise I have to go back several pages looking for the previous weeks weight and do the math, and that gets time consuming. LOL Thank you.
