Do any of you use Yonana for your daily fruit? It calls for banana which seems calorie dense, but mixed with berries. Any suggestions? Don't use it in MWL?

I am in a pinch at work and have packed rice cakes (plain brown rice organic ones) as a starch. I have seen some who say don't use them and others who say it's ok.

The scale isn't moving...i am hoping it is going to start soon.

Thanks again.

Rice cakes aren't your best choice on MWL. Can't you take pre-cooked potatoes, a rice dish, etc?

I would not use the yonana for the daily fruit. For one thing I personally like to get a variety of fruits in. I also like the act of chewing as I think that helps me in thinking I've had enough to eat. But heck for a treat once or twice a week I do use it.

I love the yonana, and sometimes use it and count that as my two fruits. The one problem is that the MWL guidelines say no fruit puree. I'm guessing that this would be considered puree. I still think it is okay if you have no other fruit, because it would be your two servings. Also, I wouldn't do it everyday! Take care, LauraA
