This is down 3 pounds
I actually went up this week to 212 and down to 206 in two days.
The weight gain was not my weekend away with friends, as I took all McDougall foods and ate none of the SAD foods at the beach houses at all! And I thank all the folks here that helped me plan my travel cooking and prep so I could pull that off.
I gained the two pounds from a great but extremely nut laden vegan lunch on the way home. Those nuts weren't apparent, but disguised as sauces and vegan cheese.
I lost that weight pronto in the
HOSPITAL because of a gall bladder attack, which I am certain was prompted from the high fat content in the restaurant food. So, I have learned two lessons - I can get very sick on a high fat meal (way more than just the standard McDougall's revenge) and a water fast for two days can be a really large loss, but I don't recommend it at all!
