You've gotten a lot of good advice here already. I agree with Rachelle, you may need to eat more starches--some rice or a potato with that kale salad, for instance. And I found my losses increased when I increased my oatmeal from 1/2 cup dry (made with 1 cup water) to 1 cup dry, made with 2 cups water, and 1 cup of blueberries.
Also, you may need to eat more, period. If you listed everything, it doesn't seem like a lot of "green-and-yellow" veggies either. So try eating some fresh, non-starchy, leafy or juicy vegetables before the soup that's your last meal of the day.
This is the Maximum Weight Loss plan thread, and so the advice about dried fruit is right on--MWL asks us to cut out dried fruit and fruit purees, including applesauce. And no nuts. And those "milks"--I found that when I cut them out completely, I really took off on weight loss.
And to answer the question in your thread--you aren't doing anything "wrong!" at all! You have lost 2 pounds! Hooray! I lost 100 pounds, at an average loss of 1.25 pounds a week. But it happened, no matter what the rate was! Good for you on the 2 pounds! Keep going!
Edited to spell Rachelle's name right!
