I didn't post last week because I had to be up & out for an out of state trip. But i had 2 feast days & put on 4 lbs.
This week I also have to leave for out of state but had gotten right back on track & have taken off 3 of those 4 lbs. I figure I would post early since I won't be here tomorrow.

Down 1 pound, not to the total count just yet. I thought it would be more, but yesterday I definitely was off plan, had too much salt, etc. so... who knows. I am positive next week will show a good loss.

Thanks. I am going by the 21 day meal plan in the MWL book this month and blogging about it (see my blog link below). It really helps and the meals are delicious.

I think walking my dog and eating the meals in the MWL book are what did the trick. :-D

I lost 7.2 lbs! :D I've been getting up early before work to exercise. It starts my day on a good note and why would I want to cheat on my meals, especially after all that sweating!!

There will be a loss next week I can feel it, I am in a much better mind set. I hate this moody up and down crap it really effects how and what I eat.

Answering Debbie's invite, here I am! Not quite sure what I weighed when I started McDougall, but when I started Weight Watchers 4 months ago, their scale showed me at 268, which means I was about 263 or 264 on my bathroom scale. This morning (10/8/11) I weigh 246.5. I'll use the bathroom scales as my weight source on this board.
