You can order the cups off the website if you have time. It's a pretty good deal. They're high in sodium, but they're nice to have for emergencies (or retreats w/ regressive dietary plans! ;)).

And again, I'm found McDougall, Nile Spice, etc. soups in Publix and Kroger. Mount a search! :)

If you have an Albertsons or New Seasons they both have McDougall right foods.

Safeway here carrries the McDougall soup cups, too, as well as the McDougall breakfast (oats) cups.
