Hi everyone,
I just joined the discussion board. I have been a vegetarian for four months and love it, I feel so healthy. After researching the McDougall plan, I'm excited to start on my weight loss journey as a vegan.
I am impressed by how much progress everyone has made and was wondering if some "pros" could give me their best advice to sticking to the plan and regaining health.
I greatly appreciate it! :-D

Absolutely #1 for me - plan ahead and have healthy food available. I simply don't do well if I'm hungry and my family has SAD food around, so I need to make sure I have good food readily available. Once I fill my belly, I have a much easier time saying "no, you are NOT food for me" to the non-healthy options.
