B - pan fried potato

L - leftover veggie soup over brown rice (cooking a large pot to make confetti rice salad recipe from the new DVD)

D - hopefully confetti rice salad (may have to omit a couple of ingredients and add substitutes - dry dill for the fresh dill and celery for the bell pepper)

Plan to make a shopping list today so I can make the peach cobbler. Most of the ingredients for the other recipes on the new DVD are in my freezer or pantry.

Happy McDougalling!! :)
