B - toast with margarine, peppermint tea, corn flakes
L - soy hot dog, whole wheat bun, mustard, onions, baked chips, baked beans
S - pretzels, herbal tea
D - veggie no-cheese pizza, soy ice cream

Definitely not a particularly good day. :(

B - Ezekiel Cereal with nonfat soymilk, fresh blueberries.
S - Coffee and Zucchini Muffin from new McDougall cookbook.
L - 2 slices of leftover fat free pizza.
D - Burritos: Home made fat free whole wheat tortillas. Pinto beans slow cooked with onions and garlic mashed into a refried bean like paste with 1/4 of a small avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa, Sambal Oelek sauce.

Breakfast: plain oatmeal
Lunch: whole wheat penne, broccoli, tomato sauce and nooch
Snack: bowl of cherries
Dinner: one-pot meal of curried brown rice, lentils, potatoes, onions, and peas;whole wheat pita;vegan raita

Drinks: only water
