:D morning

breakfast..cold potatoes and hot teeccino :nod:

Lunch..bean burgers(Jeff's recipe) and sweet potato wedges baked :unibrow:

Dinner...steamed potatoes and kale

snack..bananas

Water, tea, and teeccino to drink :P

B- oatmeal with flax, 1/2 banana, coffee substitute

S- 1/2 banana, orange

L- Spaghetti with zucchini marinara sauce, spinach salad

D-Baked potato with broccoli and melty "cheez" sauce, small bowl of fresh fruit (banana, pineapple, mango)

Breakfast: Oatmeal with a mashed banana

Lunch: Quinoa/mango/black bean salad & leftover sweet potato

Dinner: tomato/lettuce/onion sandwich & leftover sweet potato

snack: watermelon, 3 rice cakes with jam
