morning

Breakfast...cold potatoes and teeccino

Lunch...brown rice and veggies with BBQ sauce

Dinner..whole wheat pasta with sauce(homemade) and some pumpernickel bread

D-potato/corn on cob
SN-strawberries/apple

B- GF toast with SF jam, coffee substitute

L- Went to Texas Roadhouse for Father's Day with family. I had the vegetarian meal with baked potato, house salad, mixed vegetables and applesauce

D- Bean taco, guacamole'

It's ummm pasta sauce for prostitutes... seriouslys. It's said that ladies of the night would cook it in Italy because it was quick and they could make it and feed themselves and their family's in between clients. It's also said the smell of the sauce cooking would entice new clients. Basically it's some kind of tomato base with garlic, ceyanne pepper, capers, and olives. The rest of the spices depend on that particular recipe. Mine was a couple cans of no salt added diced tomatos with garlic and basil, more garlic minced and thrown in, 1/2c sliced olives, plus 3 tbsp of capers drained and mince, and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes.
