Good morning :D

Breakfast...oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon

Lunch...veggie stirfry with rice

Dinner..??? have not decided yet :roll:

water and tea to drink

exercise 20 min. bike ride

B: Dr McD's Chunky Vegetable Baked Potatoes (I add Basil, Oregano, and Garlic)
S: plain airpopped popcorn
L: E2 simple cereal

No dinner, going to bed early.

Regular Plan

B- 2 slices of GF toast with homemade 2 Tbs. almond butter, coffee substitute with a little almond milk in it.

L- Oriental veggies over rice, water

D- 3 bean chili, tortillas chips
