Morning :D

Breakfast...oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon

Lunch...brown rice and veggies

Dinner..potatoes and steamed kale

water and tea to drink

Regular Program

B-GF toast, grits, coffee substitute with almond milk

L- Mixed greens salad, with pomegranate, blueberries, strawberries, orange slices and FF raspberry vinegrate.

D- Red beans and rice
