Happy June..6 months til Christmas :D

Breakfast..oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon

Lunch... potato soup

Dinner...potatoes, spinach and grilled corn....maybe some black bean salad ;-)

water and teeccino to drink

Breakfast: Oatmeal with raisins and banana.

Lunch: Potato and cabbage soup.

Dinner: Black bean and corn salad.

Snack: mangoes - if needed.

B - Oatmeal, a sprinkle brown sugar, herbal tea

S- cut up raw veg

L- Potato oven fries, watermelon

S- Orange

D- Minestrone soup

Drink water, walk a mile. Every morning I am cutting up a platter of raw veg and leaving it out for family to snack on. It helps with the need for crunch. Today: carrots, celery, green pepper, cucumber

L: steel cut oats, saltines w/peanut butter
D: eggplant, corn on cob, maybe salad too
Snacks: popcorn or fruit

L: fahita veggies and tofu over salad, 2 corn tortillas
S: apple
D: pizza without cheese, salad( going out for daughter's graduation)
S: banana ice cream

I've decided to post in the evening what I ate all day rather than a meal plan posted ahead of time.

Regular Plan

Breakfast: puffed rice cereal, banana, almond milk

Mid-Morning snack: GF cibatta bread with 2 Tbs. peanut butter

Lunch: Tomato/sprout sandwich with FF mayo on GF bun.

Mid-afternoon snack: Mini caramel rice cakes, hot tea

Supper: Oriental Noodle Scramble (bok choy, carrots, mushrooms, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, Chinese cabbage, peppers and onions) over GF noodles. (from The McDougall Program for a Healthy Heart), GF black bean bun

p.s. I will only be posting in the food forums from now on. They are the ones I like the best and afterall it's really all about the food isn't it? :D
