I've decided to post in the evening what I ate all day rather than a meal plan posted ahead of time.
Regular PlanBreakfast: puffed rice cereal, banana, almond milk
Mid-Morning snack: GF cibatta bread with 2 Tbs. peanut butter
Lunch: Tomato/sprout sandwich with FF mayo on GF bun.
Mid-afternoon snack: Mini caramel rice cakes, hot tea
Supper: Oriental Noodle Scramble (bok choy, carrots, mushrooms, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, Chinese cabbage, peppers and onions) over GF noodles. (from The McDougall Program for a Healthy Heart), GF black bean bun
p.s. I will only be posting in the food forums from now on. They are the ones I like the best and afterall it's really all about the food isn't it?
