: Tomato/sprout sandwich with FF mayo on GF bun.Mid-afternoon snack
: Mini caramel rice cakes, hot teaSupper
: Oriental Noodle Scramble (bok choy, carrots, mushrooms, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, Chinese cabbage, peppers and onions) over GF noodles. (from The McDougall Program for a Healthy Heart), GF black bean bun
p.s. I will only be posting in the food forums from now on. They are the ones I like the best and afterall it's really all about the food isn't it?
