 Post subject: What I am eating today: Wednesday

Regular Program

I have a lot of kale I have to finish up.

Breakfast: 1 slice whole grain gluten-free toast with 2 Tbs. peanut butter

Mid-morning snack: Blueberry, banana and kale smoothie

Lunch: Sprout and tomato sandwich on a gluten-free bun, potato salad

Mid-afternoon snack: Mini-rice cakes, hot tea

Dinner: Braised kale, red beans and rice, baked plantains drizzled with honey

Breakfast....veggie burger(Jeff's recipe) on pumpernickel bagel...plus 2 veggie burgers on the side :unibrow:

Lunch..fruit salad

Dinner..beans and rice with steamed kale :D and baked sweet potatoes :unibrow:

breakfast - oatmeal w/applesauce cinnamon & vanilla

lunch - kale and fruit smoothie unless I get tabouli made in time.

dinner - rice,beans, salsa over greens

Breakfast: Peach, Pear, and Banana Smoothie - yumm!

Lunch: I was out today so I went to Subway and got a veggie sub. Wasn't sure if any of their bread really fit with this plan so I just went with Italian. It's rare for me to eat out like that so I'll have to figure out a plan for next time I guess.

Dinner: I made a vegan chili. Turned out pretty good and hubby ate a bowl too! He's not on board with me yet but I'm working on him. :)

Breakfast: Oatmeal with a mashed banana and a splash of soymilk

Lunch: Bowl of quinoa vegetable soup & a slice of lentil loaf

Dinner: Large green/mixed veggie salad, Mango baked beans with steamed baby potatoes and corn
