Summer's chocolate oatmeal and mts. pumpkin pie oatmeal sound yummy. I am not a big oatmeal person, but think I will try those.

Breakfast - Rip's Big Bowl (rolled oats, grapenuts, Erewhon Corn Flakes, Uncle Sam Original, spoonfull of ground flaxseed, 1 banana, 1 kiwi, 4 strawberries, small handful of blueberries, unsweetened almond milk)

Snack - Jeff's Hummus recipe with Roasted Red Peppers and carrots

Lunch - Jeff's Longevity Soup

Dinner - Whole Food's Vegetarian Chili (I use black and kidney beans) http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/3252

Actually didn't end up eating dinner. Had it packed in my lunch bag at work, but wasn't hungry. Will most likely be lunch or dinner tomorrow. Probably wasn't hungry because I didn't work out today and I usually work out everyday.
