 Post subject: What I am eating today: Thursday

Regular Plan

Breakfast: Puffed rice cereal, 1/2 banana, lite unsweetened almond milk, hot tea (no sugar)

Lunch: Sprout/Veggie sandwich on GF whole grain bread, water

Dinner: Layered Mexican Casserole (McDougall recipe), tossed tomato and lettuce salad with FF dressing, champorado (chocolate-rice pudding), iced tea (no sugar)

Snack: English muffin with peanut butter, 1/2 banana

small orange

Lunch: potato spinach "stew" (onion, brown mushroom, tomato, baby spinach leaves and potato)

steamed cauliflower
small guava

Supper: butternut and lentil soup

Here I am on the correct day - thanks, Gramma Jackie! :-D

Pre-workout smoothie- halved this with daughter - orange,mango,red grapes, pineapple, spinach,vanilla protein powder

at this point the rest is undecided. I shall return to edit.

Breakfast-

Lunch-brown rice, a few black beans, salsa

snack-banana

Dinner- leftover blk bean loaf, mashed potatoes, kale chips

Breakfast: cabbage jicama carrot salad w/leftover festive dal soup

Lunch: nofu love loaf, red leaf lettuce

Dinner: more cabbage jicama salad, southwestern split pea soup

Snacks: watermelon

Elimination Diet - Control Day (previously confirmed safe foods only)

Breakfast:
1/2 small butternut squash microwaved with
frozen peaches and cherries.

Lunch:
Steamed collard greens and cruciferous vegetables,
steamed carrots
1/2 small butternut squash microwaved with pear

Dinner:
Steamed cruciferous vegetables, steamed carrots
Water-fried red cabbage, sweet onion, zucchini and yellow squash
Quinoa

Monday and Tuesday were trial days for white potatoes (nightshade family). Major fail :crybaby: Throat still sore from dysphagia. Sigh.
