Snack apple w/ cinnamon
dinner repeat of lunch
snack banana "ice cream"

l - left/over w/w noodles w/spinach, onion, cucumber
plum

snack - puddin' choc cake from Bryanna Clark Grogan with a spoon of her tofu "whipped cream"

supper - l/o noodles w/ added cilantro and green onion
4 prunes
