B 2 very ripe pears
S 2 carrots, a little bit of oatmeal w/ apples & craisins (too sweet--yay!)
L burrito w/ black beans, mexican rice, lettuce & fresh salsa. NO birthday cookie or ice cream (wasn't my bday anyway. so glad i wasn't seriously tempted.)!!
D lunch was huge and late...didn't think i was going to finish the burrito. so i just had an apple & camomile tea w/ almond milk.

B - Bowl of uncooked rolled oats with raisins, ezekiel cereal, soy milk

L - w/w spaghetti w/ spinach and cucumber and an oriental sauce from B C Grogan's 20 minutes to dinner cookbook)
with homemade tofu "bacon" and a few home toasted peanuts

S - Left over apple crisp (apples, cinnamon, raisins, Ezekiel cereal on top) and decaf unsweetened iced tea
